At TMH we provide low cost mental health training to all developed and delivered by highly qualified and accredited mental health professionals. Our training sessions are designed and suitable for candidates of all abilities and are tailored to give you the skills you need to support someone in mental health distress. You can book into any of our 2 hour sessions but we recommend that you attend the Introduction to Mental Health before attending the mental health training sessions

Our various training packages are specifically developed for anyone wanting to learn more about how to support and help someone who may be struggling with poor mental health.

It is our team of experts that will be personally delivering the training to ensure that you get the right training, from the right people, with the right experience and skills.
